Protein-protein interactions (PPI) play an important role in virtually all cellular processes. Detecting changes in these interaction networks is critical to understand biological processes and drug mechanism of actions. Emerging technology, such as proximity labeling using TurboID, can capture weak and transient interactions in the context of live cells, making it a powerful tool to study drug-induced protein-protein interactions.
